Thank you all for the comments, retweets and link-love for my response to The Guardian UK’s article about the rise and potential dangers of wellness bloggers last week. It was awesome to see so many of my fellow health and wellness bloggers agree that if you aren’t credentialed you shouldn’t be giving advice (unless you disclose that you’re simply sharing your own personal experience), and that we need to be more mindful about what we post, especially the perfectly #clean #green #healthy #authentic lives we’re portraying on social media.
That said, I thought it would be fun to show you what a REAL day in the life of a wellness blogger looks like, in all its unfiltered, unstaged and non-Photoshopped glory.
