Looking for some guidance to help fuel you workouts or just want to eat more nutritiously? I have a variety of meal plans available for download — from meals plans to help you perform your best during marathon training to vegetarian and vegan meal plans for active individuals. All meal plans come with 8 weeks worth of different meal suggestions (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner options — that’s between 40-48 different meal options in total!), all carefully planned and portioned to ensure you’re getting the right amount of nutrients. The recipes created and sourced have been tested for ease of preparation and tastiness by yours truly.
