All programs can be easily adapted for a busy lifestyle, where you might only have 30 minutes just a few times a week to get your workout in — most strength training plans require minimal equipment (set of dumbbells, resistance bands and a yoga mat) so they can be completed at home, and take no longer than 30-45 minutes to complete. Run training plans can also be easily adapted to fit your schedule, and all endurance nutrition programs are simple with easy-to-follow and minimal ingredient recipe suggestions.
